I love to write!

I turned my attention to picture books in 2020 with the release of
My Mum's a Tiger, illustrated by Angela Mayers. This body inclusive book has sold in 20+ countries, been translated in 5 languages and won multiple awards.
​
In 2022 I released Searching for a Roarer, illustrated by Amber Orozco and for Winter 2023, I launched the unique minibook and storytelling gift set, Every Star a Story.
Community Storyteller
I believe that access to inclusive books and storytelling is one of the best early indicators of a child's future happiness and success.
​
I love working with schools, communities and organisations to provide fun and engaging storytelling events such as readings, craft workshops, story trails, after-school clubs, holiday camps and community initiatives.
Creative Business & Event Services
Combining over 17 years of marketing, events and entertainment experience, with a love of storytelling and family days out, I also work with businesses and authorities to create original stories and events.

From unique immersive experiences, footfall-boosting story trails, or personalised stories to accompany Christmas grottos and theatre productions - I have the imagination and commercial experience to add magic to your project!
Literacy and Inclusivity Speaker
I am very passionate about the importance of reading and storytelling and wish for ALL children to be able to find themselves and their families represented in the media they consume.
